Spillway Emergency, The Story Of The Failure Of The Oroville Dam Spillway

Spillway Emergency follows the events of February 2017 when much of Oroville and the surrounding area was evacuated due to the threat of widespread flooding from the collapse of portions of the Oroville Dam.  Included is a history of area floods from the founding of Oroville to the present.  Maps, photographs, and charts add to the story.  Bill Sager and Wayne Wilson.
