The Butte County Historical Society has many types of documents, ledgers, artifacts and photos in our physical Archives in Oroville and our other facilities. The BCHS Archives and Museum in Oroville, Ca. have all our materials available and the Museum offers many exhibits on the county’s history. Documents from the Lunt Family Collection. Donated by Jane (Lunt) Homen and the Lunt family.

Letter written in Chico at Bidwells Ranch by Henrietta Skelton the head of the California Temperance Union in  Jan1900 to Mrs. Lunt at Yankee Hill wanting to set up temperance meetings throughout the area.
